Former Seton Hall guard Aaron Cosby has announced his decision on where he will transfer to after leaving the Pirates after this season. He will take his talents to Illinois after sitting out a year.
Cosby tweeted out "I-L-L....." to announce his decision around midnight Friday night on his twitter account. The Louisville, KY native was actively recruited by several major D1 programs after deciding to leave Seton Hall. He narrowed his choices down to either Missouri and Illinois earlier this week .

Cosby averaged 12.6 points per game this past season for the Pirates, and leaves Seton Hall in serious need of bodies at the guard position. Coach Kevin Willard and Seton Hall only have recruit committed for next year (who is currently awaiting trial on a robbery charge), and current guard Tom Maayan might have to go back to his native Israel to serve his necessary national commitment to the Israeli military.

Cosby will have two years left of eligibility after sitting out next year. He cited a good relationship with Illinois head coach John Groche who recruited Cosby during his senior year in high school when he was head coach at Ohio University.
